All Products are 100% guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase.  ALL Welded Joints and Seams in Metal Stands have a Lifetime Warranty, except the Designer Edge Line, which is one year.

Chef Services, in conjunction with product Vendors - Gourmet Display Mfg. their artisans, product designers and craftsman provide our customers with high quality products with exceptional value.   90% of Gourmet Display product line is manufactured in Kent, Washington.  American labor- American Quality!        

Repair of Products  

Due to the rigors of the foodservice industry, there may be circumstances in which an item may need to be repaired.  Please contact  Chef Services Toll Free 1-866-585-0735 for repair quotes.  Repair items must be sent freight pre-paid to point of origin.  Once the item has arrived, it will be inspected and you will be contacted with an estimate for repairs.  

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

Return Policy: If you wish to return an item please call our customer service department to receive authorization at 1-866-585-0735.  Merchandise must be sent Freight pre-paid to point of origin by sender and is subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus a handling fee of 10%.  All returned goods must be in unused condition and packaged in their original shipping cartons and packaging material and insured for damages.  Custom made products may not be returned for credit.
