There is no minimum order size for our product line. Order as much or as little as you need. Approved credit must be met prior to using a PO system. Please call toll free 1-866-585-0735 to make arrangements. An Industry Discount is reflected in all prices. For large orders, please contact us and we will assist you with any arrangements needed.
We Accept International Orders and Shipping: We accept Bank Wire Transfers, Certified Bank Checks, Visa, Master Cards and American Express card for International Orders. International Shipping for orders will be billed seperately from the products. Customs and special documentation needed will be arranged at our vendor- Gourmet Display- Shipping Department. Please list billing address and contact information along with the shipping destination so you can be contacted about delivery type and any special arrangements needed. Sorry, no purchase orders unless pre-approved or pre-paid.
Shipping Costs: Many factors determine shipping costs: Method of shipping (overnight, two day air, or ground) package sizes and weight and customer ZIP code. Chef Services Inc. will not assume any shipping costs unless previously arranged. The onsite products have an estimated weight added to cover the packaging weight for Shipping over the actual product weight. Shipping under-charges will be billed and cost over-charges will be refunded. Shipping quotes are estimates only, final shipping cost can only be determined at the final shipping stage.
Delivery Times: A shipping tracking information email is available on request only. Please note email contact information at the the point of sale. For order tracking information, please contact our Chef Services Toll Free 1-866-585-0735 or our Vendor-Gourmet Display Customer Service at 1-800-767-4711 and they will assist you with Tracking Information or any related shipping problems with your order.
Carriers will not deliver to a PO Box. Please indicate a full shipping address and telephone number when ordering and an email address for your information for tracking purposes if needed.
Please note when placing a large orders over 250 LB., if you have a loading dock to receive larger palletized orders. If not, special arrangements will need to be made to off-load the products. Additional charges may apply. Someone needs to be available to receive the order to insure proper condition upon arrival.
Freight Damage/Shortages: Inspect your shipment immediately upon its arrival for visible or concealed damage. If you do receive damaged goods, please notify our Vendor - Gourmet Display Customer Service Department at 1-800-767-4711 to receive authorization and you must also contact the Freight carrier within 48 hours. Be sure to retain all packing materials for carrier inspection. In the event you receive an item not as ordered or an item is missing from the order you must notify Chef Services Inc. within 48 hours at 1-866-585-0735.
Product Guarantee: Chef Services Inc. and our Vendor-Gourmet Display, products are guaranteed 100% against defects in materials and workmanship. Welds on all Most Metal Stands are Guaranteed for Life. If you have a product question, please contact our Vendor - Gourmet Display Customer Service at 1-800-767-4711. Carefully inspect all packages upon delivery, return immediately to point of origin by carrier if damaged within 48 hours.
Due to the rigors of the foodservice industry, there may be circumstances in which an item may need to be repaired. Please contact our Vendor - Gourmet Display Customer Support at 1-800-767-4711 Ext. 101 for repair quotes. Repair items must be sent freight pre-paid to point of origin. Once the item has arrived, it will be inspected and you will be contacted with an estimate for repairs. Once the item has arrived, it will be inspected and Customer Service will call you with the estimate for repair.
Return Policy:
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at Customer Support at 1-866-585-0735. Upon recieving Return Authorization, the merchandise must be sent Freight pre-paid to the point of origin and is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. All returned goods must be in unused and undamages condition and packaged in their original shipping cartons and packaging materials.
In the event of any order discrepency you must notify Customer Services within 48 hours at 1-866-585-0735.
